My prenatal services are designed to support you through the journey of pregnancy. During our sessions, we’ll discuss your birth preferences, provide evidence-based information, and help you navigate any concerns you may have. I offer two personalized consultations in the basic doula package where we can cover topics such as birth plans, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques. These are normally 1-2 hours long. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence, ensuring you feel prepared and supported as you approach your birthing experience. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment that honors your unique journey.

I will provide continuous support during labor and delivery, ensuring you feel cared for and empowered throughout the birthing process. As your doula, I will be available to you on-call as you approach your due date, ready to provide emotional and physical support when you need it most. During labor, I will assist with comfort techniques, amplify your voice in sharing your birth preferences, and help create a calm and supportive atmosphere. My presence is focused solely on you and your partner, ensuring that your needs are met and that you feel confident in your choices. After birth, postpartum care includes two consultations where we talk through your birth, I can provide more information and resources as needed.

These consultations are completely catered towards your needs as each family's transition into parenthood and healing is so unique.

FIRST NIGHT HOME -$400

The first night home can be hard, while you rest, I will tidy up the house, make dinner, care for baby (waking you up to feed if you'd like), and provide coffee in the morning. I will be right there to assist with feeding, diapers, random questions about baby care, ect.

Additional prenatal consultations can be scheduled for $150/hr.

Extended postpartum care can be discussed as well for an additional rate. Please reach out to discuss further.
