PRENATAL
Everything begins with building a warm connection. Together, we’ll take the time to get to know each other, explore your birth preferences, and I’ll share resources that may be helpful to you. We will create a safe space to discuss any concerns or worries you might have. This generally takes 1-2 hours.

BIRTH
I am here to support you throughout your labor and birth journey, from the moment you feel you need me until the time comes for us to part, usually 1-2 hours after the placenta is born. I will be your advocate, ensuring your voice is heard, gently guiding you through comforting techniques you have chosen, and validating your experiences every step of the way.

POSTPARTUM
Postpartum care is catered to your physical, emotional, informational, and sometimes spiritual needs. This care is unique to each family, and we will discuss it during our prenatal visits.
